For each visitor to our Web page, our Web Server automatically recognizes only the visitor's IP number and domain name (where possible).
We collect only the IP number and domain name of visitors to our Web pages, the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our discussion lists, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit.
The information we collect is used for internal review, to improve the content of our Web pages, to improve our products and services, to diagnose server problems, analyze trends, administer the site and is discarded when no longer needed. The information is not shared with any other organization for commercial purposes.
IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. We can not and do not collect any personal information of our visitors.
We do not set any cookies.
We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
Security settings protect the misuse of sensitive information. Standard security measures are in place to protect the loss and misuse of sensitive information.
Our site includes a link to a third-party provider - www.paypal.com / paypal.me - for secure online payments and direct deposits. Your credit card and/or bank account details are not displayed to Xobas Software. All online financial transactions with Xobas Software are undertaken via the PayPal service. PayPal uses several mechanisms to protect the security and integrity of your personal information, including using the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 128-bit encryption. You should check that your browser is compatible with SSL encryption. This is often indicated by a 'closed lock' icon at the bottom of your screen.
PayPal transfers financial data securely into the Australian payments clearing system via dedicated telecommunications lines and proprietary banking software to ensure the integrity of its direct debit and credit payments. Credit card payments are processed similarly.
PayPal employs qualified, independent auditors to review its security standards and practices on a regular basis to ensure that its software, operational practices and management controls meet the stringent standards of the Australian financial industry.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as completely secure. So while PayPal strives to protect such information, it cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit and you do so at your own risk. Once your personal information comes into PayPal's possession, they will take reasonable steps to protect that information from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Our site does not contain offensive or physically dangerous information. We are not responsible for the content on any other sites we may link to. Parents and guardians should educate themselves and their children in online safety and privacy.
